You can confirm the specifications of your MacBook Neo directly within macOS.

• View system information: Click  > About This Mac. This screen displays the Apple silicon chip and unified memory configuration. The MacBook Neo uses Apple's A18 Pro chip, which differs from the M-series processors used in most other MacBook models.
• Check storage capacity: In the same window, select More Info to view the installed SSD capacity. MacBook Neo models typically come in 256GB or 512GB storage variants.

The original retail box or purchase receipt may also list the storage configuration.

Before shipping your MacBook Neo, we recommend completing a few steps to protect your personal data and ensure a smooth inspection process.

• Back up your data: Save important files using iCloud or an external drive.
• Sign out of Apple ID: Click  > System Settings > Apple ID and sign out of your account.
• Erase the Mac: Go to  > System Settings > General > Transfer or Reset > Erase All Content and Settings to remove personal data and restore the system.
• Power off the MacBook: Shut down the device before packaging it for shipment.

If the original retail box is available, place the MacBook inside the retail packaging and then pack that box inside a larger shipping box with padding around it.

If the retail box is not available, wrap the laptop carefully with protective material such as bubble wrap, paying extra attention to the screen and corners. Place the wrapped device inside a sturdy box and fill any empty space with packing material so the MacBook cannot move during transit.
