To ensure an accurate quote, please confirm that your display is an Apple Pro Display XDR and verify its configuration.

• System Report: If the display is connected to your Mac, click the Apple menu  → About This Mac → System Report → Graphics/Displays. The display will be identified as Pro Display XDR.
• Glass Type: Identify whether your display has Standard or Nano-texture glass. Nano-texture models have a matte etched surface designed to reduce reflections.
• Serial Number: The serial number is located on the inset panel on the back of the display. You can verify the device on Apple’s Check Coverage page.
• Apple Order Numbers: Pro Display XDR units are commonly sold under the following Apple order numbers:
  • MWPE2LL/A – Standard Glass
  • MWPF2LL/A – Nano-texture Glass
• Physical Characteristics: The Pro Display XDR is a 32-inch Retina 6K professional display with Apple’s distinctive aluminum lattice rear design and connects to a Mac using a single Thunderbolt 3 cable.

The Pro Display XDR is commonly used in professional video editing, photography, and color-grading workflows where Apple’s 6K reference display is required.

Several factors influence the value of your Pro Display XDR when selling it.

The Pro Display XDR is designed to be used with either the Apple Pro Stand or the VESA Mount Adapter.

The Apple Pro Display XDR is a large 32-inch professional display built with a glass front panel and a heavy aluminum enclosure. Because of its size and weight, careful packaging is essential to prevent shipping damage.

Original Apple Packaging: If you still have the original retail box and foam inserts, we strongly recommend using it. Apple engineered this packaging specifically to suspend the display and protect the panel during transit.

If the original packaging is unavailable, follow these guidelines:

• Use a double-wall or triple-wall box. Standard single-wall boxes are not strong enough for a display of this weight.
• Allow 3–4 inches of clearance between the display and the inner walls of the box.
• Wrap the display with multiple layers of thick bubble wrap, covering both the front glass panel and the rear enclosure.
• Add extra padding around the corners and edges, which are the areas most prone to shipping damage.
• If the display includes the Pro Stand, detach it before packaging to reduce stress on the mounting mechanism.
• Place the wrapped display in the center of the box and fill all empty space using packing peanuts, foam planks, or kraft paper.
• Perform a shake test before sealing the box. If the display shifts inside the box, add additional padding until it remains secure.
